REFUND POLICY

1. 14-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We stand entirely behind the extreme performance of deathBoard_. If you purchase a license and find that the software does not meet your expectations or severely disrupts your workflow, we offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked 14-day refund policy.

To claim a refund, you must contact us at support@deathboard.pro within exactly 14 calendar days of your original purchase timestamp.

2. REFUND PROCESSING

All of our orders and payments are securely handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. When we authorize your refund, Paddle will process the transaction back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

3. LICENSE REVOCATION

Upon the issuance of a refund, your license key will be permanently deactivated and blacklisted from our servers. The software will immediately revert to an unlicensed state, and you will lose access to all premium features and future updates. You must uninstall and delete the software from your device.

4. EXCEPTIONS & ABUSE

While we honor the 14-day guarantee, we reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, such as repeated purchasing and refunding, or if the license key was found to be distributed, pirated, or used in violation of our Terms of Service.
